Move — Calisthenics
I train five days a week and run at least two miles a day — not for a season, as something I actually do. Calisthenics and running are the rigidity; meditation is the softness that makes the rigidity sustainable.
@fitness_with_daniel3Calisthenics rewards the same thing mathematics does: showing up for the boring middle part. Progress is slow, visible only in hindsight, and entirely earned.
Meditation, and cycling when I need to think without a phone in my hand, are the counterweight — the softness that keeps the discipline from turning into rigidity for its own sake.
